Who We Are
The HC Community Care Center & Food
Pantry is a nonprofit organization based in Grand
Forks, North Dakota.
Our vision is to serve others with the love of
Jesus Christ, offering those in need in the greater Grand
Forks area opportunities to receive physical, emotional, and spiritual support while empowering them to
have a sustainable future.
We partner with the Great Plains Food Bank, local
businesses, churches, and community organizations to provide food, life skills classes, and support.
In 2018, a local food pantry closed its doors leaving
many wondering where to turn for help. HOPE Church was
asked to fill this community need.
From the beginning, the dream was for the HC
Community Care Center & Food Pantry to be a community
project that would include partnerships with local
churches, businesses, and organizations.
Opening its doors in December of 2018, it has
since been growing and evolving as the need in the Grand
Forks area continues to grow and change. By partnering with
the community, we have served more than 1,600
different households since opening.
Through the love of Jesus Christ, we will partner with
local agencies and organizations to eliminate hunger and to provide resources to promote independent living
and a sustainable lifestyle.
Our vision is to serve others with the love of Jesus
Christ, offering those in need in the greater Grand Forks area the opportunities to receive physical, emotional, and spiritual support while empowering them to have a sustainable future.
